Paul Schünemann specialises in the field of wind turbine load simulations, whereby he is investigating the influence of floating foundation structures on wind turbine loads. Furthermore he is contributing towards the development of extensions for state-of-the-art software tools.
In addition, Paul Schünemann is active in teaching where he is responsible for the exercises of the “Modern Wind Turbines” and “Simulating Wind Turbines - Introduction and Practical Application” modules.
